CONTROL: Check to ensure that working practices and processes are being carried out properly. Keep a record of cleaning or maintenance work and provide positive encouragement for progress.
MONITOR AND REVIEW: Re-examine systems, study accident investigation and inspection reports. Is improvement evident?
